Returns and Exchanges
We offer a “no questions asked" free returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 14 days from delivery of your Order, free of charge. All items should follow the returns process, and a new Order should be placed for the replacement items.
Bag/Shoe returns will only be accepted if the products are in brand-new condition and without damaging the items or packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.
Warranty
All O bag products are covered by a warranty of 12 (twelve) months for any lack of conformity pursuant. To benefit from assistance under the warranty, the Client must retain the invoice or the payment receipt, along with the delivery note.
Manufacturer’s warranty covers:
- any defects caused by the lack of production conformity.
- any defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
- the official and authorized distributor in the United Arab Emirates will replace the defective products or their parts; if the identical product is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative option or refund.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- any damage (external or internal) caused by any mechanical impact and/or applying an external force to the product or its parts.
- any damage caused by dyes, caustic chemicals, and/or solvents getting into/on the product or its parts.
- any damage caused by exposure to high temperatures and/or prolonged exposure to bright light (color fading) to the product or its parts.
- if the product or its parts has not been used for its intended purpose and suffered a number of damages unrelated to warranty service.
If an item in your Order is damaged or is not what you ordered, please arrange for the return of the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties.
